French Open / Roland Garros 2027

Roland-Garros — the French Open — is the clay-court Grand Slam, the slowest and most physically punishing of the four majors, played each late spring in western Paris. First contested in 1891, its red terre battue rewards patience and topspin over raw power. No record in tennis is more untouchable than Rafael Nadal's fourteen titles here; Chris Evert's seven is the women's mark. The 2027 tournament runs 23 May – 6 June.

Tickets go on general sale through the FFT's own ticket office after a registration draw: entrants sign up during a fixed window in December, the draw is made under the supervision of a judicial officer, and those drawn are given a purchase slot. A slot guarantees access to the sale, not the seats you wanted.
