Copenhagen Half Marathon

The flat loop through Osterbro, Norrebro, Vesterbro and Frederiksberg is the fastest half marathon course there is: Geoffrey Kamworor ran 58:01 here in 2019, taking 17 seconds off the world record. The route is World Athletics certified and AIMS measured, so times count for records and qualifying standards. For 2027 all 45,000 places went into a lottery, and 188,522 people entered. The race is on Sunday 19 September 2027.
