The WM Phoenix Open is the loudest, rowdiest event in golf - 'The People's Open' - played at TPC Scottsdale before enormous crowds. Its par-3 16th hole is fully enclosed by grandstands into a raucous stadium, unlike anything else in the sport, and the tournament regularly draws the biggest weekly attendance in golf.
