Hotels near host stadiums sell out weeks in advance during match days.

Minimum stays. Many properties enforce 3–7 night minimums during tournament weeks. Check cancellation policies carefully — some require full pre-payment.

Transport. All host stadiums are served by rideshare (Uber/Lyft in USA & Canada) or taxi. Several US cities have stadium shuttles from city centres on match days. In Mexico City, the Metro runs to Estadio Azteca.

Prices. Expect rates 2–4× above normal during group stage and knockout games. Mid-week games are cheaper than weekends. Consider staying 1–2 cities away and travelling in for the match.
