Roseau works best as a base in Dominica when you anchor days around Roseau Market, Dominica Museum and Morne Bruce. Use those sights to understand the city's history, street life and visitor rhythm. Douglas-Charles Airport handles the main arrival flow, so hotel choice should balance the centre, transfer time and day-trip plans.
