Kyiv city overview

Kyiv works best as a base in Ukraine when you anchor days around Saint Sophia Cathedral, Kyiv Pechersk Lavra and Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Use those sights to understand the city's history, street life and visitor rhythm. Kyiv Boryspil handles the main arrival flow, so hotel choice should balance the centre, transfer time and day-trip plans.
