About the event
The 40th Powerade Belgrade Marathon runs on 17 and 18 April 2027, and this edition carries more than the usual weekend: Belgrade hosts the second European Running Championships at the same time, with the 10K, the half marathon and the marathon all part of the championship programme. Entry minimums are 14 for the 10K, 16 for the half and 18 for the marathon.
The 40th Belgrade Marathon is not only a city marathon in 2027: Belgrade hosts the second European Running Championships over the same weekend, and the 10K, the half and the marathon are all championship events. That puts a continental field on the same course as the mass race on 17 and 18 April.
The entry covers a bib with a timing chip, a Nike Dri-FIT shirt, the finisher medal, refreshments on the course and at the finish, medical support, bag drop, online results and a personalised diploma, plus participant insurance. Packages are collected in person at the Running EXPO with ID - there is no collection on race day, and runners aged 14 to 17 need a parent or guardian with them.
