About the event

Inkcarceration combines a metal and rock festival with a tattoo convention, staged inside the former Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield - the prison made famous as the filming location for The Shawshank Redemption. The setting is deliberately part of the draw: parts of the festival run inside the decommissioned cell blocks themselves.
