Ingredients
- 60 ml bourbon or rye whiskey
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml egg white, optional
How to make
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake briefly.
- Add ice and shake hard until cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with cherry or lemon.
