About the event
Bergen Matfestival spreads through central Bergen alongside the Norsk Siderfestival, putting producers, cooks and cider makers from western Norway in direct contact with visitors. The 2026 edition runs for three days in September, when the city centre becomes a walkable tasting route rather than a single enclosed fairground.
