How to take part

Take part in a way that is useful, kind and not performative:

  • Check in with someone, or make space for your own mental health needs.
  • Share support resources from a trusted health organisation or local service.
  • Use workplaces, schools or communities to reduce stigma and make help easier to find.
  • Avoid diagnosing others or turning personal stories into pressure to disclose.
