About the event
The Japanese Grand Prix is held at the Mobility Resort Motegi, a stop-start circuit owned by Honda north of Tokyo. Its heavy braking zones and short straights make it hard on brakes and a key home venue for the Japanese manufacturers who have shaped the sport. The 2026 race is on 24-26 September.

Grandstand and general-admission tickets for each Grand Prix are sold through the championship's own ticket shop, with each circuit's allocation released when the season's sale opens. Paddock-side VIP Village and Premier packages are the official hospitality route and are sold separately.
