About the event
The FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup is played every four years, so the next one after Berlin 2026 is the 2030 tournament, which FIBA's Central Board has set for 26 November to 8 December 2030 with Japan as host. Host cities and arenas have not been named. The 2026 edition was played in September in Berlin, at Arena Berlin and the Max-Schmeling-Halle, with more than eighty per cent of final-weekend tickets gone before the draw.
