Flow takes place on the grounds of a disused power station at Suvilahti, about fifteen minutes from Helsinki central station by tram or metro to Kalasatama, and the 2027 edition runs from 13 to 15 August. The industrial setting is the festival's signature: stages are built into gasholders and turbine halls rather than on open fields.
