About the event

Fuji Rock is Japan's largest outdoor music festival, held at the Naeba ski resort in the mountains of Niigata Prefecture since 1997. Its wooded, mountainous setting is unusual among major festivals, and the event is known for a level of organisation and cleanliness - including extensive recycling stations - that has become part of its identity.
