A bitter, bright Italian aperitivo built in equal parts: gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml gin
  • 30 ml Campari
  • 30 ml sweet vermouth
  • 1 orange peel

How to make

  1. Add gin, Campari and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until cold and slightly diluted.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Express orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
