About the event
The 49th Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo runs 22 to 31 January 2027, alongside the 14th New Generation. The ten days have a shape: two competition programmes open the week, the Awards Gala Evening is on 26 January at 19:30, and from 27 January the Winner's Show takes over with two performances on most days. Reduced-price two-hour shows run on four mornings.
This is the 49th Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo, 22 to 31 January 2027, and it is a competition rather than a touring show: acts perform in two programmes, a jury awards the Clowns, and only then does the Winner's Show take over for the second half of the run. The 14th New Generation sits alongside it.
The ten days have a fixed shape. The two competition programmes run 22 to 24 January, an ecumenical celebration is held in the big top on 25 January at 19:00, the Awards Gala Evening is on 26 January at 19:30, and from 27 to 31 January the Winner's Show plays, twice a day on most days. Four mornings carry a reduced-price two-hour show.
