About the event
Singapore's food festival is a citywide celebration of a cuisine built from Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan cooking, with hawker culture at its centre - a tradition UNESCO added to its intangible heritage list. Programming ranges from hawker centre showcases to collaborations with the city's fine-dining kitchens.
