About the event
Aalborg Carnival is among the largest carnivals in northern Europe, an incongruous burst of feathers and sequins in a Danish port city each spring. Thousands parade in costume through the streets to Kildeparken, and the Battle of Carnival Bands sets competing groups against each other on music and choreography.
